Jennifer Wagner has spent over 20 years working to advance social justice. Most recently, Jennifer was the Executive Director of Mountain State Justice, a non-profit law firm dedicated to redressing entrenched and emerging systemic social, political, and economic imbalances of power for underserved West Virginians. Jennifer has litigated hundreds of impact, class, and individual cases and engaged in local, state, and federal policy advocacy advancing consumer rights, civil rights, workers’ rights, and criminal legal system reform, as well as other areas. As the Director of the Legal Impact Network, Jennifer supports collaboration between members of the network on multi-state strategies and convenes members to share resources, advocacy strategies, and information while identifying opportunities for joint advocacy. Jennifer graduated with honors from New York University School of Law and Harvard College.
