Washington Legal Foundation has serious implications for legal services funding in that it affects Interest on Lawyers' Trust Account funds, which have been a vital funding source for legal services and other public interest law programs nationwide. Other 1997–98 Court decisions with consequences for legal services dealt with administrative law practice, federal court removal, immunity defenses, standing, and ripeness.
