The Supreme Court's 1997–98 Term: The Texas Interest on Lawyers' Trust Account Case and Others Affecting Access to Justice
The Supreme Court decision in Phillips v. Washington Legal Foundation has serious implications for legal services funding in that it affects Interest on Lawyers' Trust Account funds, which have been a vital funding source for legal services and other public interest law programs nationwide.
