Legal Challenges to the Educational Barriers Facing Pregnant and Parenting Adolescents

One in ten teenage women becomes pregnant each year. Discrimination against pregnant and parenting teens in school continues to limit the educational opportunities available to these young women. This article discusses some of the common educational barriers they face and explores legal theories for challenging them.
