Establishing a Right to Housing

People who work full-time should have access to decent, affordable housing. This article discusses different aspects of advocacy to secure a right to decent housing, including ways of persuading people to establish such a right, constitutional campaigns, state and local laws, AFDC laws, and state mental health and SSI laws.
