Conflict Resolution in the Workplace-October 2018

We cannot achieve maximum impact for the clients and communities we serve unless our organizations operate smoothly.

As advocates and attorneys, we deal with conflict a lot. Sometimes we even use it to our own advantage.

But do we know how to address it when it arises within our own organizations? Conflict reduces productivity, damages morale, and undermines our ability to secure justice for our clients. As supervisors, it is our responsibility to ensure that our organizations operate smoothly. In the Shriver Center’s new conflict resolution course, you will build the skills necessary to manage workplace conflict.
