The Case for Supporting Representation of Aliens

A generous immigration policy does not necessarily guarantee that aliens living In the U.S. have access to full participation in U.S. society. Their problems are exacerbated by language and cultural differences. This article explains who comprise the alien population in the U.S., what their unique problems are, and how legal services advocates can assist them with their legal needs.
