A Dream Foreclosed? Using the Equal Credit Opportunity Act to Challenge and Prevent Foreclosures
A Dream Foreclosed? Using the Equal Credit Opportunity Act to Challenge and Prevent Foreclosures,

and other prohibited factors when extending offers of credit. The Act
