Welfare reform is taking a toll on migrant families with particular and disproportionate impact on migrant children. This article discusses how migrant farmworkers are uniquely affected by the new welfare reform law and how changes in the welfare and immigration laws are having a spillover effect on migrant families in unexpected ways.
