Review titled,"Reforming State Rules on Asset Limits: How to Remove
Barriers to Saving and Asset Accumulation in Public Benefit
Programs."
This toolkit is for advocates and policymakers who seek to reform or eliminate state asset limits. Administrative rules, bills, laws, public comments, and other advocacy materials as well as official analysis, media coverage, and information regarding the implementation and results of asset limit reform relating to asset limit reform are organized by state and by program.
