A Catalyst is an agent that provokes or speeds significant change or action.


The 2006 Catalyst Award Winners are people or organization that helps recruit, maintain, enhance or extend themselves for the FLLIP program.  Members of the FLLIP Coalition based on this criteria selected the winners.
